Q: What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
A: We use a premium coconut–soy wax blend that’s clean-burning, biodegradable, and free of phthalates, paraffins, and other harmful toxins.

Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All of our ingredients are plant-based, and we never test on animals.

Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Our 12 oz candles burn approximately 40–50 hours with proper care. Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn for best results.

Q: What makes your sprays crystal-infused?
A: Each spray includes carefully selected crystals—like rose quartz for love, amethyst for calm, and clear quartz for clarity. They're chosen for their energetic properties and meant to help shift energy and set intentions.

Q: Do you offer sample sizes?
A: We offer testers for wholesale customers, but not retail samples at this time.


🚚 SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method—typically 2–7 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We use USPS and UPS for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, contact the carrier first. Still need help? Email us at info@woodshomellc.com.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. If it’s already on the way, the package may return to us—you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, orders are considered final.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise noted in a promotion.
