Q: Can I use the Crystal-Infused Everything Sprays on my clothing?
A: Absolutely! Our Crystal-Infused Everything Sprays are safe to use on clothing, linens, and even in your car. Just make sure to do a patch test first to ensure compatibility with the fabric.

Q: Do you offer refills for your candles?
A: Currently, we do not offer refills for our candles. However, our candles are crafted with high-quality ingredients to provide a clean and consistent burn, giving you the best experience until the very end.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our products are formulated with skin-friendly ingredients and dermatologist-reviewed, but we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Q: Are your wooden wicks ethically sourced?
A: Yes! Our wooden wicks are made from untreated, all-natural wood sourced from the USA. They are free of metals, toxins, animal products, and testing. The wood is meticulously chosen from mills approved by the Forest Stewardship Council to guarantee the highest ethical and eco-friendly standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
A: We regret to inform you that orders cannot be modified once transactions are finalized.

Q: Can I apply a discount/code after purchase?
A: Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied after a transaction is completed.

Q: Can unused discounts be refunded?
A: No, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused discounts/coupons/promo codes. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing your online purchase.

SHIPPING/TRACKING
Q:Is it possible to update my shipping address?

Q:When will I receive my tracking information?
A:Please check your inbox and spam folder. Tracking information is sent once the package is shipped.

Q:What if my tracking link is not functional?
A: Tracking numbers may need time to refresh. Please allow up to 24 hours to update. If the link is still not functional , please reach out to info@woodshomellc.com with your order details.

Q: My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
A: If your order shows as delivered, review the tracking link to confirm the delivery location (e.g., Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception). If your items are still missing after this, please contact the courier linked to your tracking information. Please also reach out to info@woodshomellc.com with your order details so that we can look into the issue also.
