Shipping & Processing Time
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after processing.
We use standard shipping which ranges from 3-5 business days depending upon your location.
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@woodshomellc.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Cancellations can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. If you have any questions email us info@woodshomellc.com.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us info@woodshomellc.com. Please submit a photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
Incorrect shipping information:
If a package is returned to Woods Home because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was unavailable during delivery, the customer will need to cover the return shipping and redelivery costs.
Lost or stolen package:
Woods Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Woods Home will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
