We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

💔 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items:

📸 Include a photo of the shipping box and any damaged/defective items
📸 If something is missing, send a photo of everything you received
We’ll take care of it promptly.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if no one was available to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

🕵️ Lost or Stolen Packages
Woods Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once your package is confirmed delivered, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly for further help. We’re happy to provide all tracking details and carrier information to assist with your claim.
