💔 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items:

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if no one was available to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Woods Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once your package is confirmed delivered, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly for further help. We’re happy to provide all tracking details and carrier information to assist with your claim.
